‘Horror’ – Four Lads share image of Rangers star after ‘Lots of criticism’ this season

Four Lads have raved over Rangers captain James Tavernier’s redemption after disappointing performances earlier this season.

The Englishman was particularly underwhelming against Aris in the UEFA Europa League and was criticised by a number of fans and pundits.

However, the 32-year-old has picked his game up since then to become one of the most consistent players with the Gers on top of the league again.

Via Twitter, Four Lads wrote: “Funny when I took this photo I literally knew what was coming next

“Responds to a poor start to season, lots of criticism after a horror show in Aris, written off

“Storms back & currently leading the team all the way, I actually can’t wait to watch him because you feel it again.”

Tavernier can guide Rangers to another league title

Tavernier’s redemption is a testament to his resilience and leadership qualities despite being mocked by the likes of Chris Sutton and slammed by Tom English.

Despite facing criticism for his earlier performances, Tavernier has responded emphatically, showcasing his determination and character.

His resurgence not only highlights his individual improvement but also underscores his crucial role as Rangers’ captain.

The Englishman’s consistency and renewed form have undoubtedly boosted team morale and cohesion, providing a strong foundation for success.

His leadership on and off the pitch sets a positive example for his teammates, instilling confidence and belief within the squad.

Philippe Clement too, will be thrilled by how strong-willed his captain is and that has reflected on other players in his team as well.

Ultimately, Tavernier’s resurgence epitomises the importance of perseverance and leadership in football.

His contributions not only elevate his own performance but also elevate the entire team, making him deserving of all the credit as Rangers strive for their 56th league title.
